Important Information & Policies
These guidelines help us provide a safe, respectful and positive transport experience for every client, family member and crew.
Comfort & Safety
- Please refrain from smoking, vaping and using cannabis while enjoying our services.
- To protect everyone’s privacy, audio and visual recording is discouraged.
- Please disclose injuries or medical conditions that may affect transport when making a reservation.
- A safe environment must be available for the crew. Pets must be appropriately restrained.
- Please clear snow, parked cars and other obstacles from driveways and walkways for safe access.
- Abuse of any nature toward crews will not be tolerated.
Booking & Payment
- Payment must be processed before service is rendered. Cash payments must be the exact amount, as crews cannot provide change.
- Receipts are available upon request.
- Typically, one authorized person may accompany a client. Additional passengers are at the crew’s discretion because of space limitations.
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. An administrative fee of up to 50% of the original fee may apply.
- Every effort will be made to meet arrival times, subject to circumstances beyond the crew’s control.
Care & Transport Details
- If applicable, please provide a copy of any DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) documentation to the crew.
- Legal documentation for medical or financial Power of Attorney may be requested to help ensure the client’s needs are being met.
- Crews are available in a supporting role for on-board nurses, medical practitioners and PSWs (Personal Support Workers).
- A one-way transfer is from one location to another where the client remains for more than three hours or permanently.
- A two-way transfer returns to the original pickup location within two hours. Additional wait-time fees apply after two hours.
- In an emergency during transport, 911 will be contacted.
- Crews handle belongings with care, but are not responsible for lost or broken items.
- Crews may decline or discontinue transport where legal or unsafe circumstances arise.
